Alexandra is co-founder and CEO of ARCHANGELS. Bob Bowman is the Director of CAQH CORE, a non-profit alliance of healthcare industry leaders whose mission is the creation and adoption of healthcare operating rules that support standards, accelerate interoperability, and align administrative and clinical activities among providers, payers and consumers. Bob oversees the CORE Rule development process; directs the CORE Certification program, which was designed to demonstrate adoption of the CORE rules; serves as a CORE liaison to the standard development organizations (SDOs); is a member of the Board of Directors of WEDI – Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange; and supports CORE’s industry education and outreach. Prior to joining CAQH CORE, Bob served as the EDI manager for Humana, Inc. He also worked as an implementation manager – implementing EDI, Web, and HIPAA projects for state, federal, and commercial clients across the country.
Bruce D. Greenstein currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at LHC Group, Inc. With his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Greenstein leads the Company’s accelerated value-based contracting, Accountable Care Organization (ACO) management company and alternative payment and delivery model strategies. Previously Mr. Greenstein served as Chief Technology Officer for the U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) where he provided leadership and direction to ensure that HHS effectively used data, technology and innovation to improve the lives of the American people and the performance of the operating divisions across the Department. He has an extensive healthcare industry background in both government and the private sector, including having served as President-West for Quartet Health, CEO of Blend Health Insights, and as Managing Director of Worldwide Health for Microsoft. Mr. Greenstein was also a cabinet member in Louisiana, serving as Secretary of the Department of Health and Hospitals.
Linda Murphy is the Co-Founder of Concierge Home Care. Graduate of UF, she started her career as an emergency room charge nurse. Linda discovered her true career passion in Home Health in 2003 after recovering from stage III breast cancer. She spent the next 12 years working for a large, publicly-traded home health provider. She advanced from clinical leader in the field, to directorship of a small home health agency to responsibility for sales and operations of 31 offices throughout the Florida market.
In June 2015, Linda had the opportunity to apply all that she had learned by launching Concierge Home Care. CHC’s reputation as innovators and ability to provide quality outcomes has allowed them partnerships with all their local hospitals as preferred providers. Linda has lead projects with Alternative Payment Models, and initiated many pilot programs that have yielded reduced re-hospitalization rates while optimizing symptom management. She has been a published author multiple times and spoken on behalf of the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign about best practices for improving patient outcomes.
Linda lives on a horse farm with her husband, Chris of 33 years. She is the mother of three amazing boys, getting ready to adopt a 4th and proclaims to life to the fullest each and every day.
Danielle McGrath has 12+ years in healthcare – mostly in the post-acute and senior care industries. In her current role at Medically Home, Danielle serves as Supply Chain Director – managing the rapid response service providers working in Mayo Clinic’s Advanced Care at Home program across three states. She is passionate about providing patients the option of receiving excellent care in the least restrictive environment. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and resides with her husband and children in Jacksonville, FL.
Prior to My Choice Housecalls, Donna served in a variety of nursing roles with St. Vincent’s Medical Center for nearly 15 years. She received her BSN from Jacksonville University and her MSN as a family nurse practitioner from South University in Savannah, Georgia in 2015. As a decorated family nurse practitioner she joined the My Choice Housecalls team in November 2015 and continues to thrive. Donna is very involved with her church and greatly enjoy studying and teaching the Bible.
Maura Nazario, BSN, SANE, RN, Nurse Manager at Mayo Clinic’s Advanced Care at Home and Care Hotel, is passionate about nursing, mindfulness, and embracing opportunities to lead health initiatives and care teams. Having experience in emergency, trauma, and all other levels of acute care, she has spent the last six years at Mayo Clinic, always striving to exhibit continuous and transparent leadership that underscores her authenticity. In the last two years, she spearheaded implementation of three new departments and promoted the Mayo Clinic Bold and Forward strategies with the Advanced Care at Home (ACH) program, a new program within the Mayo Clinic enterprise that delivers hospital-level care into the patient’s home.
Dr. Rooney is a Family Medicine physician with over 20 years’ experience caring for patients of all ages in Massachusetts. Her sense of adventure and desire to try new things have certainly been fulfilled since 2001 through her work at the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) and more recently with the Merrimack Valley ACO (MVACO) program. In her role as MVACO Chief Medical Officer, Christine brings her prior experience to the broader scope of accountable care to improve health outside of the clinic setting to ensure that the best care is provided at the correct time and place. Outside of medicine she is on the Board of Directors for Oceanic Research Group, Inc. and pursues adventure via scuba diving, film production and Taekwondo.
Dr. Lily Kam has served as one of the Medical Directors at AllWays Health Partners for the past 5 years. Prior to this she served as Medical Director and Primary Care physician at the Daniel Driscoll - Neponset Health Center (a federally qualified community health center in Dorchester, MA). Previous to that, she worked in primary care and in Medical Director roles at another federally qualified community health center in Schenectady, NY for 17 years. At AllWays Health Partners, she has served as chair of the Medical Policy Committee and one of the Medical Directors on the Quality Improvement Committee. In addition, she is assigned to serve as the Physician lead for the Benefits and Coding Committee. She is the Medical Director assigned to work with the Merrimack Valley ACO where she provides input on their care management program and works with our partners to implement cost savings activities and improve care coordination. Additional duties include appeals work and utilization management medical necessity determinations. Dr. Kam received her MD degree from the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu, Hawaii. She completed her family medicine residency training at St. Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady, NY. Dr. Kam continues to see clinic patients one day a week at the Daniel Driscoll – Neponset Health Center in Dorchester.
Kimberley Merry has a long-established career providing community and emergency-based services to some of the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable populations, primarily those with complex medical and behavioral health issues, significant Social Determinants of Health and co-occurring substance use disorders. As a member of Vinfen’s Behavioral Health Community Partner (BHCP) program leadership, she established a large BHCP team in the Northeast region of the state to provide integrated care coordination and chronic disease management to over 700 members. She has created strong partnerships with multiple ACOs, especially Merrimack Valley ACO to enhance collaborative care between community based behavioral health providers and primary care practices. Her team has made significant contributions to the Multi Visit Patient (MVP) action group, an integrated care team of community social services, care coordination entities, hospital Emergency Department staff, ACO healthcare plan administrators, and primary care doctors for the purpose of decreasing unnecessary use of the emergency department and reducing inpatient admissions of the highest utilizers. Kim and her team have brought a community based, person-centered perspective to this group.
Dr. Lerer, Chief Executive Officer, Longevity Health Plan, has more than 30 years of experience in executive management with leading, national health care organizations. Longevity is a national health plan focusing exclusively on the Institutional Special Needs Plans market. Dr. Lerer most recently was President of GuideWell Mutual Holding Corporation, a $16 billion, not-forprofit health solutions company, the parent company of Florida Blue. Prior to joining the GuideWell organization, Dr. Lerer served as executive chairman of Magellan Health Services, now Magellan Health, a $5 billion, Nasdaq-listed specialty health care management company focused on behavioral health, pharmacy and other complex areas of health care. During his tenure with Magellan, Dr. Lerer also served as chief executive officer and as president and chief operating officer. Earlier in his career he held positions as co-founder and president of Internet HealthCare Group, a health care technology venture fund; chief operating officer of Prudential Healthcare; and president of The Travelers Health Network. Dr. Lerer currently serves as a senior advisor to Gryphon Healthcare and is a board member of United Digestive. Dr. Lerer holds a bachelor's degree in psychobiology from Oberlin College and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is board-certified in internal medicine.
Cindy Campbell is a nationally recognized home health leader and management consultant. She supports home health providers across the country, guiding them toward best practice structure, clinical modeling, and revenue cycle process efficiencies. She is a passionate advocate for shifting advanced levels of care to the home – the least restrictive setting, with the lowest cost, that yields the greatest patient satisfaction. Cindy’s focus is grounded in patient experience and outcomes, with an emphasis on integrating and leveraging innovative technology into advancing clinical models to better manage patients where they live.
Kirby McDaniel is Senior Vice President of Solutions Management for WellSky Applied Insights. Kirby joined WellSky after eight years at a regional Blue Cross Blue Shield plan where she was responsible for commercial and exchange product development and later the Medicare Advantage line of business. She is applying her understanding of payer needs to build innovative software, analytics, and services that connect post-acute care organizations with risk-taking organizations in a value-based world. These solutions empower providers with the data, intelligence, and best practices necessary to engage in performance-based arrangements and extend their value proposition to payers.
Wanda Coley is VP of Strategy for UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare business in the Carolinas and Mid-Atlantic regions. Wanda brings deep expertise in the healthcare industry and serves as the market strategist responsible for execution of post-acute care innovation, bundled payments, ACO proliferation, business development and community partnerships. Wanda has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in health care, with extensive knowledge in finance, accounting, business development, payer contracting, post-acute strategy, technology and human capital. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare, she served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Well Care Health in Wilmington, N.C., a home health and hospice agency providing quality care in the home. She is a past member of the National Association for Home Care and Hospice Financial Managers Advisory Board, North Carolina Association for Home and Hospice Care board and Enterprise Fleet Management Advisory Board. She currently serves on YWCA Lower Cape Fear Board, WILMA Advisory Board and UNCW College of Health & Human Services Advisory Board. Wanda holds a master’s in business administration from Webster University and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
Janine provides leadership and direction to bring impactful Analytics solutions across Net Health’s product portfolio. She works closely with key stakeholders toward strategic goals for design, development, and implementation of Analytics, adding significant value for customers. Janine led the development of groundbreaking products for three post-acute care state value-based purchasing programs. She has over 25 years of experience in clinical operations and health information technology with a focus on informatics, analytics, business intelligence, and EHR implementation. Janine co-authored the “Savage-Gutkind Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model for Long-Term Care,” which became a widely-used industry standard. Certified in healthcare compliance by the Health Care Compliance Board (HCCB), Janine is also an author and expert reviewer of corporate compliance manuals and publications.
Educated at Drexel University, Jane has over 25 years of experience in the Acute and Long Term Care settings. Jane has used her health care and business background to facilitate design and implementation of Electronic Medical Records since the industry was in its infancy. At Net Health, Jane is responsible in the vision and development of therapy product strategy. She has an outstanding track record both as a clinician and a product trendsetter. Jane's innate ability to interpret industry needs and translate this in to system functionality has major impact on the position Net Health holds as the leading integrated EMR provider across the PAC setting. A well sought out clinical leader in the industry, Jane is a member of national industry committees that influence health care trends and holds nursing certifications in multiple specialties.
Majd Alwan, Ph.D., a noted researcher and authority on aging-services technologies, is LeadingAge’s senior vice president of technology, and executive director of the LeadingAge Center for Aging Services Technologies (CAST). Dr. Alwan is responsible for creating and leading a network of technology companies, providers and research institutions focused on technology solutions for an aging society. Prior to joining CAST, Majd served as an Assistant Professor and the Director of the Robotics and Eldercare Technologies Program at the University of Virginia's Medical Automation Research Center. His research interests there included passive functional and health assessment, biomedical instrumentation, medical automation, as well as eldercare and assistive technologies. Dr. Alwan received his Ph.D. in intelligent robotics from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, University of London, a Master's of Science degree in control engineering with distinction from Bradford University, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Damascus University.

Scott currently oversees Product Management, Strategic Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing for Homecare Homebase. Previous to this role, Scott served as Vice President of Product Management at Homecare Homebase, and prior to that served as VP of Product Management at MedAssets.
Jeff Shaner has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Aveanna since its formation in March 2017. Mr. Shaner is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s three operating divisions: private duty services, medical solutions, and home health and hospice. Mr. Shaner was integral to the formation of Aveanna Healthcare and its strategy to become a leading national provider of homecare. Mr. Shaner brings broad experience to post-acute healthcare, with more than 20 years of service in key leadership positions. He began his healthcare business career in 2000 leading the operations at Total Care Inc. He joined The Healthfield Group following its acquisition of Total Care and was later tapped to lead its home health division. He led the integration of eight acquired companies into Healthfield, doubling the size of the company until its eventual sale to Gentiva Health Services Inc. in 2006. In the years following Healthfield’s merger with Gentiva Health Services, Mr. Shaner served as Gentiva’s Regional Vice President of the Southeast, Eastern Division President of the Home Health division, President of the Hospice division, and Senior Vice President of Operations for the entire company. In this period, Mr. Shaner led the billion-dollar integration of Odyssey Hospice Inc. and the creation of Gentiva’s Hospice Business unit. After the sale of Gentiva to Kindred Healthcare in February 2015, Mr. Shaner began providing consulting services to Linden Capital Partners and Blue Wolf Capital concerning multiple post acute investment opportunities. Mr. Shaner joined PSA Healthcare in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and was instrumental in the formation of Aveanna Healthcare in 2017. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business finance and economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
A 25-year veteran of the health care technology industry, Gary brings a keen vision and practical experience to the HCHB leadership team. His depth of expertise in acute, post-acute and ambulatory care and knowledge of the regulatory environment offers valuable insight for customers looking to maximize resources and tackle the growing challenges of value-based care. Prior to HCHB, Gary served as Chief Commercial Officer at Kit Check and EVP of Sales and Marketing at NextGen Healthcare.
Therasa Bell is the co-Founder, President and Chief Technology Officer at Kno2 and is known for three things: her focus on driving interoperability in healthcare, her ability to simplify the complexities of patient document exchange and clinical workflows, and her commitment to serve that infuses her interactions with everyone around her and powers the company’s purpose connect all participants, human or technology, involved with patient care to enable secure, effortless and maximized exchange pf patient information. Ms. Bell was recognized in the 2019 class of Most Powerful Women in Health IT by Health Data Management. A true inventor at heart, Ms. Bell has designed and implemented multiple technologies and systems, is the holder of multiple patents for clinical workflows, unstructured clinical documents, subnetworks and aggregating healthcare networks.
Nick is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at ResMed, leading initiatives and strategy for healthcare interoperability and partnerships for ResMed companies MatrixCare and Brightree. He is also the Chair of the Board of Directors for CommonWell Health Alliance, having helped form the alliance in 2013. He has championed hundreds of interoperability projects across post-acute, ambulatory and acute care settings and has worked for years to help establish an industry culture that emphasizes patient-centric interoperability.
Dave Hill is a Principal Engineer at MITRE with expertise in open healthcare transformation solutions. He has spent the past nine years providing technical and management leadership to the White House, Congress, CMS, HRSA, and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) focusing on interoperability, architecture, and electronic clinical quality measures. He co-founded the PACIO Working Group focused on developing open FHIR-based APIs across healthcare systems and led several FHIR-based API projects for VA and Medicaid. Dave also leads FHIR implementation guide and reference implementation development for several Da Vinci, ONC FAST, and CARIN use cases. Prior to MITRE, Dave held executive and senior management roles at several startup companies, Gemstar-TV Guide, and the Zoran Corporation, in areas ranging from interactive television to green energy technologies.
Tim Ingram serves as the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Axxess, the fastest-growing home healthcare technology company. Tim is responsible for leading the business development team to build valuable industry partnerships and key product integrations that create solutions for Axxess clients. Arlene Maxim, RN, COS-C serves as Chief Clinical Consultant at Axxess. Arlene is a sought-after speaker in all areas of patient care quality, analysis, and administrative functions in the post-acute healthcare world. She is a Board Member and Vice Chair for the Association for Homecare/Hospice Coding and Compliance. With more than 40 years of nursing experience, Arlene previously co-founded regional multimillion-dollar Medicare certified home health care companies, hospital-based home care and hospice companies, and transitional care programs. Early in her nursing career she combined her clinical knowledge with her home care/hospice interests and began working as a consultant in the home care and hospice field in 1986.
