1 . Optimize Referral WorkflowsKeeping track of referrals and how quickly your team processes them is a time-sensitive priority. Erin Stevens, Forcura's Senior Client Trainer, and Craig Uria, Team Lead, Client Engagement, broke down how the Referral Management Report allows users to view referral cases created over a specific period of time. This can be filtered by location to focus on one or more branches . The Referral Lifecycle Report can pinpoint the statuses in which referrals spend the most time, helping you identify bottlenecks in your unique workflow.
2. Improve Orders Management
Erin went on to demonstrate how Forcura's Orders Management Report tracks orders in real-time to easily view cases currently in Pending Signature and Pending Approval Status. Additionally, this displays which branches and providers have aging orders. To make this process less tedious, Forcura's e-signature platform, Circle, helps streamline the order-signing process for providers. Around the 18:34 mark, Erin details how the Circle Adoption Report captures the registration status for providers invited to this platform and the number of orders they've signed.
3. Track Transmissions Efficiently
Our audience also got to hear Matt McCutchan, Manager, Client Engagement and Erin present the Fax Transmissions Report, which analyzes document transmissions by sender, location, and date. The Document Distribution Report breaks down the volume of orders and referrals, offering insight into document trends across branches. As Erin says, this report gives a clear picture of what type of documentation your users are spending time working with.
4. Get the Right Data
Logging data the old fashioned way can be time consuming and leaves room for error. As Matt explains, data in Forcura's Analytics routinely refreshes, allowing for accurate and hands-free updates. If you're looking to take a deeper dive into data, all reports allow you to export them via Excel to edit and customize for your needs. 5. Measure Team Efficiency
Lastly but not least, our team explored how our reports track efficiency. The Documents Created by User Report shows documents by type, status, and who created them. Erin points out that this is particularly helpful for users who hand off cases to be completed by other teammates. This report can highlight any gaps in these handoffs that may contribute to delays in processing orders. For more granular insights, the Referral Staff Performance Report and Orders Staff Performance Report help managers evaluate individual productivity and optimize team performance.
