Forcura’s Relationship Managers Link Technology and Human Needs

As a Senior Relationship Manager at Forcura, I serve as a trusted advisor to our largest Home Health and Hospice agencies, helping them get the most from their partnership with us, sharing best practices, and introducing product innovations that will help them evolve how they serve patients.  

The Relationship Management team is a crucial component of how all agencies partner with Forcura, ensuring that new clients hit the ground running, established clients fully leverage all aspects of the Forcura platform, and every relationship is nurtured and grown over time. This team prides itself on a unique ability to engage with both senior-level executives as they convey their high-level goals, and also operational users who need a more granular explanation of technology and processes.  

As a true partner to our clients, I strive to deliver real, substantive value by working through optimization initiatives and sharing my industry expertise and thought leadership. Through these engagements, I am able to foster a collaborative partnership with my clients and celebrate the “wins” while addressing any challenges in a transparent manner. 

Joining Forcura in 2020, amidst the pandemic and in a remote-only fashion, was an atypical way to come on board. However, the Relationship Management team planned accordingly and there was intentionality with communication and planning that allowed Forcura to continue developing strong client relationships.  

A testament to that is the optimization project I completed in 2020 with Visiting Nurse Association of Greater Philadelphia (VNA Philly). Through a series of strategic discussions and optimization sessions, VNA Philly ultimately accelerated its billing collections process significantly, which offset lower revenues that were caused by a decrease in patient census during the pandemic.

Relationship management requires the ability to listen, understand, and communicate well with various leaders and teams. When we achieve outlined goals and surpass clients’ expectations, everyone wins.
