At the 2024 Axxess AGILE event this past spring, Forcura’s COO Annie Erstling was excited to participate in a main-stage panel on how the latest technology is impacting care delivery and care coordination today. Here are her key points:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Provider Efficiency: AI, especially generative AI, is pivotal in enhancing data analysis and clinical decision-making. Annie explained that Forcura’s latest innovation, Forcura IQ, leverages genAI so users can make even smarter, faster decisions.
- Cybersecurity: Protecting sensitive healthcare data through robust cybersecurity measures is crucial. Here, Annie pointed to Forcura’s HITRUST certification for its software platform as proof that Forcura is committed to being a technology partners clients can trust.
- Connectivity: A cohesive healthcare system requires strong connectivity and collaboration with tech partners to bridge operational gaps and keep up with technological advancements. Annie referenced Forcura’s e-signature solution, Circle, and our core Workflow products as solutions that create seamless connectivity for clients. Annie also challenged the audience to select vendors who can offer the most modern technology and alleviate the burden of home-based care providers from having to vet the tech themselves.
