August 8, 2018 - Jacksonville, FL - Today, the National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) and Forcura, the leader in document workflow and mobile care coordination for post-acute healthcare, announce the launch of an inaugural research study: The 2018 State of Connectivity – How Home Health and Hospice Organizations are Sharing Health Information.
This study will explore the current state of health information exchange in home health and hospice organizations to include types of information exchanged, methods and frequency of exchange, barriers to interoperability, as well as standards and technologies to watch.
This research project will include a survey and corresponding in-depth interviews, and will culminate in a comprehensive industry-specific educational report to be released this fall. All research participants will receive first access to the report.
All home health and hospice leaders and technologists are invited to participate in this research by answering a few simple questions in the survey below. The survey will be open until August 24, 2018.
