Forcura receives certification for third consecutive year, underscoring its commitment to workplace culture.

2023 represents the third consecutive year Forcura received the certification. This year, 97% of employees said it’s a great place to work, which is 40 percentage points higher than the average U.S. company.
Survey results indicated that 100% of participating employees feel welcomed when they join the company, and that its facilities support a good working environment. 99% of employees employees also feel good about the ways Forcura contributes to the community and that it is a fun place to work.
