Steps to a Successful Launch: 

DISCOVERY


Kick Off Call

Client's executive sponsor, IT staff member, and power user, along with Forcura's implementation project manager and account executive, discuss the implementation overview, timeline, and next steps. 

Behind the Scenes
Set up billing contact, create client account and use profiles, create client fax carrier account, request referral file path set up with EHR, build roll-out strategy and prepare assets for technical call 

Technical Implementation Call
Discuss the technical requirements, such as the fax line infrastructure or Send to Forcura, powered by Send to Forcura installation to bring fazes into Forcura.

Submit port request/forwarding line request, notify EHR of go-live date and testing, account and workflow configuration (including dashboard, document types, statuses, fax groups, tags), SFTP connection set up and create security group 

Workflow Discovery Session
Introduce the power user to the
Forcura application and identifies potential areas for added efficiencies.

Workflow refinement, complete user set up, install and test Send to Forcura, configure and map document templates, configure EHR integration 

VALIDATION

Workflow Validation Session
Ensure the power user validates the new Forcura workflow process before introducing the rest of the users to the application.

Integration Testing Session

Utilized when it’s necessary to ensure that EHR integrations are working as needed and data is flowing successfully.

TRAINING AND GO LIVE

Interactive Training Sessions
