Daring To Care: How Forcura Distinguishes Itself From Other Workplace Cultures

I started working at Forcura more than three months ago as a Project Manager, in which I oversee engineering projects to ensure that team members complete tasks and products are deployed successfully. My role involves managing multiple projects at any given time to improve the infrastructure and integrity of Forcura’s applications. I chose Forcura to continue my career because of the culture and vision of the organization’s future I encountered during the recruitment process.  

During my previous 20 years of experience, workplace culture was hit-and-miss. Some of my employers expressed the importance of culture and people but failed to practice this value because they were focused more on revenue than on their employees. Even after employee satisfaction surveys suggested a diminishing workplace culture, a general lack of empathy for work/life balance or a willingness to make meaningful changes persisted. Employees could sense this artificiality, and it made them demoralized and distrustful of leadership.  

Forcura has stressed the importance of workplace culture from the beginning, and its leadership and team members have demonstrated a commitment to upholding it in a way I truly admire. I am also impressed by how the company always adheres to its core values. It has been wonderful to witness so far.  

I found the recruitment process to be distinctive in that it was very personable and displayed a genuine interest in me as a person, not just my professional merits. This approach made it very seamless and effective. I have never experienced an organization that expresses such an authentic desire for its employees’ success from the first day of employment. The Forcura team is always willing to help in any situation, and the support everyone has provided me is truly remarkable.  

In general, I think a positive workplace culture is very important because it creates a sense of belonging. This fosters a sharing of ideas that leads to solutions and inspires me and my teams to give 110% on every project to help the company achieve more success.   

If I had one word to describe the workplace culture at Forcura, it would be connected, as the organization seeks individuals with the same goal of making Forcura a best place to work. The company’s focus on inclusiveness and the well-being of all its employees is what I find most attractive and unique, and I intend to do everything within my capabilities to help this culture continue as Forcura grows.
